Finalists for Axcess Most Valuable Player Announced

In a year filled with outstanding performers at the college level, four individuals stood above the rest. Below are the three finalists for the 2018 Axcess Most Valuable Player. Previous winners include Rob Andreoli (LIU Post) in 2017, Angelo Navetta (Molloy) in 2016 and Jack Parenty (Stony Brook) in 2015. We will announce the winners for all awards during the last week of December. Anthony Papa Fires 134-Pitch CG, Golden Eagles Cruise to 10th Straight Win

St. Joseph’s Shuts Out Maritime in Crucial Skyline Double Header

The St. Joseph’s Golden Eagles had everything going right for them on Sunday as they took two 7-0 wins over Maritime. The pitching was stellar and the top of the order was electric.These two conference wins were huge for the Golden Eagles as they move to 13-7 on the season with a 7-1 conference record. These two teams will presumably be battling for the Skyline Conference up to the end of the season. You couldn’t have asked the top of the Golden Eagles’ order to be more productive in game one.
