Plattsburgh State junior pitcher Patrick Bryant, with the help of some outstanding defense, held the strong Tomcats lineup to two runs. Bryant went seven and two-thirds innings, allowing two earned runs off eight hits; he struck out three and walked none in the Road Warrior’s 4-2 victory. Wake Forest transfer Patrick Bryant (Center Moriches ’14) threw 6 shutout innings, allowing five hits, walked one while striking out two. He needed only 65 pitches.The offense got it going early and often. David Leiderman smacked an RBI double in the first inning to score Matt Anunziata. In the second inning, Anunziata hit an RBI double to score Jake Fallon.
