With the win, the Lions are 34-15 overall. Charlie Cucchiara picked up his eighth win of the season while Scott Scheppy’s record dropped to 3-5. Mercy struck first in the third when a fielding error by the catcher allowed Jared Hernandez to slide in home. Molloy’s overall record now stands at 33-15. SNHU got on the board first in the second inning when Cam Caraher singled through the center field gap, scoring Nick Schwartz.
