Over the past decade, West Islip has proven to be a powerhouse on Long Island. Year after year, they churn out Div-I recruits, League MVPs and, in some cases, MLB pitchers. After coming off their second Long Island Championship in three years, one would think they will be in line for a rebuilding year. Jake Guercio has other plans.
