It did not take long for the Hitter’s Club Hawkeyes to get the scoring started. They came to bat in the bottom of the first and scored three quick runs to jump out to an early lead.  Chris Lydon got the offense started with a base hit to start the inning for the Hawkeyes and he came around to score the first run of the game on an infield error. With a man on, Matt LaSala drove in another run with a single to add to the Hawkeyes lead. ...
