The boys wasted no time getting the bats going into the top of the first when Ethan Sukalic led off with a single and advanced to second on an error. After a walk and a pair of strikeouts, Costa Papoutsakis drove him in with an RBI single. Johnny Bulone hit a grounder to third that appeared to end the inning, but the errant throw allowed two runs to score and extend the lead to 3-0. The final two innings dispelled that notion, as the pace slowed significantly. Ultimately, the game ended in a 2-2 tie with Anthony Agosta coming through with a game-tying RBI single in the bottom of the 7th with two outs before the time limit halted this one.
