Tom Rydzewski Sets Farmingdale State Hits Record in Victory Over Baruch

With his first inning single on Tuesday, he now has 162 career hits, besting the previous mark by Kevin Curtis (2008-2011). Farmingdale has had some tremendous hitters in their program history. It is quite an achievement to hold this mark. Rydzewski is a 22-year-old graduate of Carey HS where he was a three-time All League player and has been All-Conference twice at Farmingdale.  The Farmingdale Rams shut out Baruch 6-0 today in a tuneup game for the Skyline Conference playoffs this weekend.
