The NY Gothams wasted no time in this championship matchup as they struck and landed the first blow of the game on Hector De Los Santos’ two-run single giving them an early 2-0 lead. In the bottom half of the first, the Gothams were firing on all cylinders, they backed up their strong 2-0 start by flashing the leather with a well-turned 4-6-3 double play to ha...

The Atlantic Reign struck first in this one as Titans’ starting pitcher, Austin Brady, struggled with his command early, surrendering four straight walks. Brenden Howard got the Titans on the board first as he stepped up to the plate with two runners in scoring position in the bottom of the third and a chance to give his team the lead. Howard did not miss his opportunity as he crushed a ball over the left fielder’s head and the ball bounced all the way to the outfield fence at Mitchell Field. This game was an exciting one from start to finish with some clutch hitting and pitching moments throughout the game. Early on, it seemed like this game would turn into a pitcher’s duel between Body Armor Titans Riley Weatherwax (Roy C Ketcham, Wappingers Falls) and Next Level’s Dominic Carleo (Oyster Bay) as both pitchers cruised throughout their firs...
