So a lot of people ask how this gets determined. I ask high school coaches to recommend players for the list and then I use my judgement how to place them. If a player is not seen on here read the previous sentence. I understand that everyone wants to be recognized, but there are a lot of great players out there and I’m fortunate to get to see them all.
