Great news for Long Island baseball fans – the AMBC Convention, an event that is the first of its kind in our region, is coming to Huntington on Saturday, November 2. There is no fee to attend for the public. Additionally, 100% of sales on the floor will go towards bringing the manufacturing of baseballs back to America. The event will run from 11am-3:30pm. It will take place at BEAST Facility on 1815 E. Jericho Turnpike, Huntington NY 11743 on their 15,000 square foot space. Generally when Commack-native Charles Galiano gets excited about something, he pursues it relentlessly until it has come to fruition. He wanted to play professional baseball and was drafted (twice) by the Philadelphia Phillies out of Commack HS and the Milwaukee Brewers out of Fordham University.
