James Demsky Excited to Lead Mepham in His First Year at the Helm

He has been a part of the coaching staff for 7 seasons as an assistant coach to Eric Passman, but this year Demsky will be running the show. “The 2024 season was a strong season for the Pirates.” Demsky said. “We had a large senior class who all had strong performances. Great group of players who had a ton of fun playing together, and were a pleasure to coach.” Mepham finished with a record of 11-8 in the 2024 season. However, they were unable to continue their 7-2 success, as they ended up finishing 9-9. However, with many of his players returning this season, Belz believes that his team will only continue to improve. “We started off the season 7-2 and finished 2-7.” Belz said. “Things didn’t go right for us towards the end of the season.
