The Longhorns used a six-run outburst in the fourth inning to push themselves to victory.  The tone was set early when Joe “Moose” Agostino plated Gabe Hirschorn with a well-placed grounder. Hirschorn led off the game with a walk and worked himself over to 3rd on a couple of stolen bags. They both became 11u Co-Champions of the Memorial Day Clash for ECYB after a 3-3 draw in the 5th inning. The Dream Chasers came out strong in the first two innings and poured on the pressure with three runs in the first three innings of the game. For a game that lasted just four innings due to time constraints, there was no shortage of offense. The teams combined to steal 31 bases, 18 for the Junior Ducks and 13 for the Mayhem. Although it was the first game of the tournament for the Bandits, the Titans came into this game with huge momentum, as they had just beaten the Long Island Junior Ducks 15-0 in their first game of the tournament earlier in the morning.
