With the Blue Chip Prospect 18U tournament taking place this weekend at Baseball Heaven, now is a great time to go over who the top available players in the 2018 class. Surprisingly, there are several high-end players still on the table. A number of them have scholarship offers currently on the table, but are waiting to make their decision.
