The Owls won the game by a score of 8-3, mainly due to the stellar play of Conor Lockwood.

He also led the offense on the other side of things going 4 for 4 with 2 doubles and 3 RBI.

The Owls extended their lead to 3 in the top of the third inning. Durso doubled to lead off the inning, he was then driven in by an RBI groundout off the bat of Jake Urban.
Lockwood notched his second RBI of the day on a double down the line.
The Bolts would finally get on the board in the bottom of the fourth inning. When Ezekiel Hernandez ripped an RBI single through the infield to score Brandon Rutley.
There would be no scoring until the top of the 6th, where the Owls got 2 more runs to take a 5-1 lead.
Lockwood picked up his 3rd RBI with his 2nd double of the game. Nick Hass would plate the other run on a line drive to left field.
The Owls would go on to score 4 more runs in the top of the sixth inning. Brody Craddock picked up a 2 RBI double to start things off.
Mike Iovino, who gunned down 2 runners at second today, drove in the 8th and final run the Owls would get on a sacrifice fly.
The Bolts would push two more runners across in the bottom of the seventh but it was all but over at that point.
