In an ECYB Columbus Day Tournament 16u Matchup between the Bethpage Eagles and the Beast 2025, the Eagles get on the board first with a first inning run thanks to a leadoff single by Justin Pagan and came around to score on a passed ball.
Team Beast 2025 would get on the board in the bottom of the second inning in a big way. Daniel Noebel hit an RBI double that split the outfield to tie the game at 1. Sam Cho would hit an RBI single to give team Beast 2025 a 2-1 lead. Thomas Harding would work a bases-loaded walk making the score 3-1. Marco Pipia hit into a fielder’s choice, but a run scored making the score 4-1. Michael Massa hit an RBI single and Christian George would hit an RBI double which would give the Beast 2025 a 6-1 lead at the end of 2 innings.
Both teams’ bats would be quiet until the 5th inning.
The Bethpage Eagles would get a run back on a double steal making the game 6-2.

Team Beast 2025 would answer back right away when Christian George would get his second RBI double of the game getting the run back. Gianni Pipia would hit into a fielder’s choice which scored a run. Daniel Noebel would also hit his second RBI double of the game which made the score 10-2. Sam Cho would work a bases-loaded walk and a fielder’s choice off the bat of Kenny Gein would make the score 12-2 and the game would end due to the run rule.
