The 14u LI Titans-Crema took on 14u Tristate Arsenal today in a Boys of Summer Fall Ball matchup.
Tyler Chen started things off for the Titans in the bottom of the first inning with a 1 out single. Titans starting pitcher Dylan Girard helped himself out by getting an RBI single to make the score 1-0 Titans at the end of the first.
The Titans’ bats really woke up in the second as they got hits from Nick Murelli, Dylan Girard, Mason Miles, and a base clearing double from Roman Dixon. This opened the game up making the score 8-0 Titans.
After sitting for a while, Dylan Girard of the Titans stuck out the side in the top of the 3rd to up his total to 6 Ks on the day.
The Titans added to their total in the 4th with great plate discipline and baserunning along with some timely hits from Dylan Sciarnio and Dylan Girard extending the Titans lead to 14-0.
The Titans won the game 14-0 due to the Run Rule bringing the team’s record to 4-2 to start the Boys of Summer Fall season.
