The second game was also called due to mercy rule with the final score being 15-0. Ryan Yormack had himself a day as he went deep twice and reached base in every plate appearance. He takes us through what his mentality is at the plate and what his goals are going forward. pic.twitter.com/QaNZxBM6EG

A 14u doubleheader between the East End Aviators and the Body Armor Titans took place at Stony Brook University on Sunday morning. The Aviators were forced to play with eight players rather than nine due to a last-second cancellation – which played a big impact on the games.
Brian Brower took the mound for the Titans and immediately made his presence known, throwing a hitless first including a strikeout. The bottom of the inning was not kind to the Aviators, however. A hit-by-pitch of Jaiden Zoller set up Ryan Yormack for an inside-the-park home run that plated two runs to make it 2-0. A single by Brower, walk by Charlie Shapiro, reach-on-error by Lucien St. Cyr, walk by Connor Sheridan, double by Jaxson Torres, walk by Ronan Austin, double by Shane Meehan, and walks from Zoller, Chase Lordi, and Yormack all consecutively resulted in nine runs in the inning and a lead of 9-0 after the first inning.
Brower went back to work in the second inning and struck out the side. The Titans added another run in the bottom of the frame with an RBI groundout from St. Cyr to make it 10-0 after two innings.

Brower got into some trouble in the top of the third by allowing two walks and a hit by pitch, but a double play and a groundout got him out of it unscathed. The Titans did not even need to finish hitting in the bottom of the inning after adding two runs via five base on balls as the game was called due to mercy and a 12-0 victory in favor of the Titans.
Game two was very similar to game one. C.J. Burkhardt got the ball for the Aviators and faced off against Shane Meehan of the Titans. Both went one, two, three in the first inning, holding the offense at bay.
The second inning would not produce the same result, however. A Torres single, Sheridan walk, St. Cyr single, Shapiro single, Ryan Yormack hit by pitch, Lordi single, Velaoras sacrifice fly, and an Austin single made it a 7-0 game after an inning and a half. This lead only got bigger in the third inning as Torres doubled, Shapiro walked, Brower singled, Derek Yormack singled, Ryan Yormack homered, Lordi and Zoller walked, Velaoras singled, and Austin singled to make the game 15-0 after two and a half innings. Charlie Shapiro relieved Shane Meehan, throwing a scoreless third inning before the game was called due to mercy rule again. The Titans scored 27 total runs in six innings and almost every player had a big offensive day.
