After winning game 1 earlier in the day, the Black Diamonds carried their momentum into game 2. Especially in the first inning.
The scoring began in the first inning and that turned out to be the difference in this one.
With one out in the first inning and bases loaded, Tommy Dillon worked a walk to give the Black Diamonds a 1-0 lead. This began a carousel of runners moving station to station. James Miezeveski singled up the middle to make it 2-0. Kevin Defilipis worked a bases loaded walk to make it 3-0. The next batter, Chris Dinotta, legged out an infield single on a slow roller to shortstop to make it 4-0.
That brought Wes Bilger to the plate for his second plate appearance of the game where he joined in on the party by working a bases loaded walk to make it 5-0 in favor of the Black Diamonds. The next batter, Timmy Stoeber, broke the game open as he smashed a 2 run double to left field to make the score 7-0.
Brendan Lofaro made it 8-0 with an RBI single to center field and Justin Mileski capped off the first with a two out RBI single of his own to make it 9-0
In the second inning, James Miezevkoski got involved on offense once again for the Black Diamonds. This time he scored from third base on a wild pitch to make it 10-0. Wes Bilger got his second RBI of the game with an RBI groundout to short to make it 11-0.

The game remained quiet until the bottom of the fourth when the Seminoles were able to get a run on the board when Vance Kane laced an RBI double to left center to make it 11-1.
Unfortunately for the B1000 Seminoles, that would be the only run they would score as the Black Diamonds got the win via Mercy Rule (10+ runs after 4 innings) to claim victory in this late season matchup.
