Fordham split with St. Bonaventure in two games that couldn’t be any more polar opposites. In Game 1, senior ace Matt Mikulski did what he does, and that’s throw complete games with double-digit Ks. This time he set the program single-season record and career record for Ks. So he can add that to his growing list of accolades. The only blemish on his day was a solo shot in the first inning. The Rams got it back in the second on a fielder’s choice. They took the lead in the 4th on an RBI single by CJ Vazquez. Mikulski struck out 12 and yielded just three hits. He is now 9-0 on the season.
