On this episode, we are filming from Cove Academy with special guests Shaun Manning & Dom Gatti. Shaun is the Head Coach of Long Island Lutheran and Dom is the former Head Coach of North Shore HS. We discussed their Ballistic Hitting Program which focuses on slow-motion, high-speed cameras to improve the swing. We discussed the success of the Next Level Baseball organization, the quality of the Catholic League, why they decided to play less games with their younger teams and also Dom's minor league career.
