What’s On Tap for This Week

We have a very busy week on tap with all the NCAA-affiliated college teams having officially started.

Here’s what is going on this week…

Division-I:

Stony Brook will look to bounce back from a rough weekend at Baylor University. They will host NYIT on Tuesday at 3pm, before traveling to North Carolina this weekend to take on Appalachian State on Friday, Elon on Saturday and Bowling Green on Sunday. All games will begin at 12:30pm.

NYIT will play at Stony Brook on Tuesday at 3pm, before hosting Albany in a four-game set this weekend. They will play a DH on Friday at 1pm and 4pm and Saturday at 12pm and 3pm.

Hofstra will look to get their first W on the board this weekend when they head to Coppin State in Baltimore, Md. They will play a DH on Saturday beginning at 12pm and they’ll close out the series on Sunday at 12pm.

Division-II:

Adelphi returns home after a 4-1 trip to Florida. They will kick off their NE-10 schedule with a DH on Saturday against Franklin Pierce beginning at 12pm. They are coming off a 46-win season in which they went to the DII College World Series. On Sunday, they will host Southern Connecticut State for a single-game beginning at 1pm.

Molloy heads back after their 2-2 trip to Myrtle Beach. They will host Merrimack in a three-game series beginning on Saturday in a 12pm DH start. They’ll wrap it up on Sunday with a single-game scheduled for a 12pm start.

LIU Post has off all week. They will play in the Palm Beach Challenge in Boca Raton beginning next Monday.

Dowling will host Southern Connecticut on Saturday in a DH beginning at 12pm. They will host Franklin Pierce in a DH on Sunday at 12pm as well.

Division-III:

St. Joseph’s will host Ithaca in three-game set. They will play at DH on Saturday beginning at 11am and close it out with an 11am single-game on Sunday.

Farmingdale State will host William Patterson beginning at 3:30pm on Tuesday. They will host Eastern Connecticut for a DH on Saturday beginning at 12pm.

Old Westbury is headed down to Fort Myers for the Gene Cusic Classic. They will play six games in five days beginning on Tuesday against North Central University and concluding with Otterbein University on Saturday at 9am.

Suffolk and Nassau Community College will have to wait another two weeks before they begin.
