Tomorrow will be our first annual Awards Banquet. It will be held at the Mediterranean Manor (303 E Main Street, Patchogue) beginning at 7 PM.
Here is some information regarding it:
-Check-in will begin at 6:50 PM. There will be a table at the entrance and you will state your name to the person working the table.
-Award winners are not charged for the evening’s event. Any guest, however, will be charged $45 if you have not already paid.
-You can pay by cash or credit card at the door.
-There will be a DJ and a photographer.
-Tickets for raffles will be sold–2 for $5, 5 for $10. 10 for $20.
-2016 Baseball on the Island calendar will be available to be purchased.
-Cocktail hour will be from 7:00-8:00. You can use this time to find a seat, mingle, try the hors d’oeuvres and grab a drink. There is no assigned seating.
-Dinner will be buffet style, featuring six delicious options including Mussels Vin Blanc, Penne Pasta Primavera, Steak Teriyaki with rice, Eggplant Rollatini, Chicken Marsala and Sausage & Peppers Neapolitan.
-Upon the conclusion of dinner, the awards ceremony will begin.
-All college coaches will be invited to speak at the podium about their athlete’s performance.
-Upon the conclusion of the awards ceremony, there will be a short break prior to the raffles.
-The event will conclude at 11 P.M. and the guests will be encouraged to take a favor prior to leaving.
