The Adelphi Panthers beat Pace 3-1, behind a strong outing by sophomore John Mulford. He has assumed the role of ace nicely, firing seven innings and allowing only one run while striking out six for his third victory of the season.
Freshman TJ Santiago came on to record his first save. Kyle Ambury had the deciding two-run single in the fifth inning.
The Panthers improve to 8-10 on the season. and will take on Stonehill on Saturday in a double header.
