The Panthers once dormant offense is on now on fire. They defeated Southern Connecticut State University by the score of 7-3 thanks to their third straight 14-hit effort.
Kevin Hutzel stayed hot with a career-best 5-5 performance with three RBI and two runs scored. The junior catcher is now hitting .341 on the season.
Freshman John Mulford improved his undefeated record to 3-0 with seven shutout innings, scattering eight hits and fanning one. Senior Chris Pabisch came on to toss the final two innings to complete the win.
Rich Mejia also compiled two RBIs to help the Panthers win their four straight game. They have gotten over .500 and now stand at 15-14-1.
